Conference idea

The success of AI implementation is not determined by model selection, but by the quality of business processes. AI amplifies orderly processes and exposes weaknesses where data and metrics are missing.

Effective AI deployment in mid-sized and large companies requires process transformation — companies must prepare for AI-Ready processes, and ultimately for AI-First.

AI-Ready vs AI-First processes — comparison

Aspect AI-Ready process AI-First process
Starting point Existing process is organized and prepared for AI integration in selected steps. Process is designed from scratch, assuming that AI agents are full participants of the process.
Role of AI Human assistant — suggests and extracts data; the employee makes the decision. Agent executes steps autonomously, with humans as exception supervisors.
Data Distributed — AI uses data in the quality it is currently maintained in. Treated as a product — models receive full context and feedback loops.
Decisions AI provides a recommendation. Risk and final decision remain with the human. Decisions are delegated to AI within agreed thresholds and escalation paths.
